    Digital Products

    Due to the immediate access and nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, courses, and online programs are final and non-refundable.

    1:1 Coaching & Sessions

    Cancellations or rescheduling of 1:1 sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

    Workshops & Events

    Tickets for workshops and special events are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another person with prior written notice to our team.

    Physical Products

    If you receive a defective or damaged physical product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
