The 8-Week Foundation

Return to Your Rhythm is an 8-Week nervous-system centered yoga journey that teaches people, specifically women and families, how to live in your natural ebb and flow instead of constant survival mode.

This program helps women and families regulate their nervous systems through structured, rhythmic yoga practices so they can live with steadiness, softness, and strength.

Throughout the 8-Weeks we focus on the - 6 Steps to Stop Carrying Too Much - by slowing down, rebuilding your inner capacity, and responding with clarity - so calm becomes something you live, not something you try to force.

It is a program intentionally created to "help overworked people", just like you, through yoga and mindfulness to regulate yourselves first, rebuild emotional capacity, and set healthy boundaries - so you can show up present and model regulation for those around you.
