4 Week: Ease Into Regulation

Starter Course

Ease into Regulation is the starting point to growing from where you are to where you want to be.

For most of us, regulation wasn't taught to us.

We were modelled on how to regulate our emotions and often, that modeling was to hold it in, stop being so emotional, and deal with it.

That doesn't help our regulation, especially when we are young kiddos.

That is why I created this course because like myself included I have had a long journey in learning how to regulate my emotions and in turn effectively modelling for my girls. This is my main goal, as I want them to learn effective ways over just dealing with it.

In this course we will focus on:

- gentle emotional awareness

- breath practices

- simple regulation tools

- yoga based practices that can be used daily and are not time intensive

- coming back to your inner child that misses you

Each week will be based on a theme.

6 Week: Ebb & Flow Rhythm Method

Core Method Course

The Core Method Course is where it all began. This dives into each step of my Rhythm Method as you learn how to become lighter, less reactive, and more present in your day to day.

The Rhythm Method includes 6 steps:

8 Week: Return to Your Rhythm

The Full Rhythm Method to Becoming You Again

Return to Your Rhythm is an 8-Week guided experience to reset your nervous-system (body, breath, emotions, awareness, etc.) through my Rhythm Method.

Through yoga and mindful practices you will shift from being regularly tired and overworked to a light, less rushed and reactive, and more present and patient authentic self. Your day to day will become more balanced because you have become more balanced.

By using this method, you will learn, practice, and apply in your lives to transform the person you are now, back to the person you've always been - with less exhaustion and more joy.

Who isn't exhausted in our daily lives?

We can't rid of it, but we can learn how to ride our own waves and ebb and flow daily to sustain who we want to be, who we can be, and who we ultimately are when we have the skills, guidance, and structure to move forward.

Throughout the 8-Weeks we focus on the - 6 Steps to Stop Carrying Too Much - by slowing down, rebuilding your inner capacity, and responding with clarity - so calm becomes something you live, not something you try to force.

I guide tired, overworked women - in our exhausting adult lives - back to their authentic self through my yoga & mindful Rhythm Method helping them become lighter, less reactive, and more present daily.
