A one-on-one yoga session designed completely around you. This is a safe, supportive space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and receive guidance that meets you exactly where you are.

Each session is gentle, grounding, and adapted to your energy, needs, and experience level on the day.

Twice-Monthly 1:1 Coaching Support

Twice-monthly 1:1 coaching sessions designed to support you in creating a grounded, sustainable rhythm in your daily life.

We work together to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and build simple practices that fit your real life.

What it looks like each month:

- 2 x 60-minute private sessions per month
(held every two weeks)

- Sessions are fully tailored to where you are that day

- Ongoing nervous system + emotional support

- Breath work, yoga, reflection, and grounding practices


Between sessions you will:

- Feel more grounded, clear, and supported

- Have simple practices to use in daily life

- Learn how to regulate your nervous system on your own

- Build consistency without overwhelm
