About Amanda

Hi, I’m Amanda.

I am a mom of two young girls, a wife, educator, yogi,

and business entrepreneur.

I guide women to reconnect with their bodies through yoga, breathwork, and mindful practices. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in your day-to-day life. My goal is to help you meet your own needs without shame or guilt and create a gentle, lasting rhythm in your life.

My Philosophy:

I created Embrace Your Wave not because I had it all figured out. I created it because I kept living the same cycles. I was pushing through exhaustion, saying yes when I meant no, reacting in relationships, and feeling ashamed. I thought I needed more discipline or control.

What I actually needed was to stop overriding myself.

Embrace Your Wave is all about:

- Gentle, repeatable practices you can fit into your busy schedule

- Mindful breath work and yoga to calm your nervous system

- Practical strategies to help you reconnect with your body and mind

- Science + intuition guided methods that support real life
