For years, I found myself caught in the endless cycle of doing. As a busy woman, I was carrying the weight of everyone else's needs while completely ignoring my own. I felt disconnected from my body, overwhelmed by my schedule, and running on empty.
Yoga wasn't just a workout for me; it became a lifeline. It taught me how to pause, how to breathe, and most importantly, how to listen to what my body actually needed without feeling guilty about it.
Through my own healing, I discovered a passion for helping other women find their way back to themselves. I created Embrace Your Wave to be the soft landing space I wish I had when I was struggling.
