I've Lived It

Many women carry everything - and when the pressure builds, it doesn't always look calm. I know because I've lived it.

I felt overwhelmed inside, and it showed in how quickly I reacted, how tightly I held myself, and how exhausted I became. I tried to hold it all together, but the more I overrode myself, the more my body responded.

That's when I realized something had to change.

Unfortunately for me, I didn't listen soon enough, so a concussion is how I FINALLY started to listen to my body as I was no longer able to push through.

The Breakthrough I Needed

Learning to work with my nervous system changed everything.

Now I help women who carry too much stop overriding themselves and return to rhythm - so they can respond instead of react, feel grounded, and reclaim calm from the inside out.
